Fiscal Year 2026-2029 Biennial Transportation Improvement Program

Welcome to the Fiscal Year 2026-2029 Biennial Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the WWW Interstate Planning Commission (WWW). This webpage is designed to walk you through the FY 2026-2029 TIP, project dashboards, supporting documentation, and opportunity to comment. 

WWW strives for continued public involvement in transportation planning. Please follow us on Facebook and/or watch the newspapers for public notice information and important dates.

Note: The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority (MOVTA) uses the TIP development process of the WWW to satisfy the public hearing requirements of 49 U.S.C. Section 5307(b). The TIP public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment on the TIP satisfies the program-of-projects requirements of the Urbanized Area Formula Program.

WWW makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The TIP Document and related materials are in English. The TIP Document images contain Alt-Text descriptions to assist in identifying the associated content.  If you have a special communication accommodation or need for an interpreter, a request can be made. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can also be made to accommodate most needs.
