WWW strives to ensure that all interested parties have meaningful opportunities to participate in the regional transportation planning process. Procedures are in place to notify the public, as well as individuals and groups known to be interested in or potentially affected by transportation planning activities. These procedures are outlined in the Public Involvement and Participation Process.
This policy is supported by the Title VI/Non-Discrimination Program and Plan administered by the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council (MOVRC) with specific focus on the Metropolitan Planning Organization. The plan includes a formal discrimination complaint and resolution process.
